SIXTEEN SURVIVAL SHOW

SIXTEEN was made up of a cast of sixteen trainees under JYP. The cast members were the TWICE members, Song Minyoung, Park Jiwon, Lee Chaeyeon, Kim Eunsuh, Jeon Somi, Lee Chaeryeong, and Natty.

The show had two groups: Majors and Minors. The Majors were treated like JYP Super Stars, so they were given an advantage when it came to housing and practice times. While the Minors were treated like trainees, so they were at a disadvantage when it came to housing and practice times.

The girls would perform every episode, and after everyone perform some girls would change teams. Some Minors would move up to Major, some Majors moved down to Minor, and some stayed in their spots. At the end of each episode a Minor was eliminated.

After the show started airing it was considered to be cruel, because of the treatment of the minor team during the show. The living situations of both teams were very different, and it was very clear who had the upper hand, and who had an easier time. On the last episode JYP brought back the now twice member Momo, to join the girls.

MY THOUGHTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

Twice is one of my ultimate favorite groups and due enjoy their music quite a lot. I love their cuter concepts that they started out with, along their more of a maturing sound that they have been doing recently. I love the music along with the chemistry between the members on VLives and variety shows.

Here some amazing Twice video that I love and that will help you get to members as people and as artists!

1. Twice Song

This is something that tons of newer Onces use to learn the members names. Honestly, if this song was out when I first was learning all of the members names. The song is very catchy so it won't take you very long to memorize all of the girls names.

2. Whisper Challenge

This video is just hilarious to watch, the girls played the whisper challenge on Weekly Idol, which is a Korean variety show. This whole game was completely comedic relief. From Momo having know idea of what is going on to Tzuyu taking the game way more seriously than the other members.

3. Feel Special Music Video

This is my personal favorite Twice title track!
